Entrepreneurship is the process of designing and founding a new business which is initially a small business. The people who start the business is often called entrepreneurs.

Most people think about it but few get success because of they lack the qualities that need to become successful in the business.

So what those qualities you need to become successful in business and in establishing the business successfully?

Money?

Time?

Property?

The answers are no. why?

Most peoples just ignore themselves as it is the main part of belonging, being or who am I?  Peoples not just ignore themselves but seek other peoples behavior, personality and belonging as they are more important than themselves. This is not because they want to or love to this is because they think that analyzing other people has more benefits then self-analysis.

    On a subconscious level, It’s important to Dig deep in order to figure out how you truly see yourself.
  2. Keep track of your moods and behavior.
    It’s also important to track your moods and write down what your feeling on a journal.
  3. Write down your thoughts and analyze thinking patterns.
    The thoughts you are experiencing before your mood shifted is a good reflection of your inner voice. After you write down many automated thoughts, you’ll probably see a pattern begin to emerge. Ask yourself are they healthy or not?
  4. Examine if you have healthy self-esteem.
    Healthy self-esteem reflects a person’s belief if he or she is worthy and worthwhile. Opposite, A low self-esteem constantly needs other people’s approval.

  1. Allow yourself to feel the difference in you.
    First of all, you are different. So let the world see how creative you are. After all, creativity is all about thinking outside the box.
  2. Be curious.
    Learn skills and techniques that have always interested you. Strike up conversations with peoples and talk about things you both interested in.
  3. Relax.
    The simplest way to be more creative is to relax. calm your head down so that to improve your creative mind. Remember, The success is always with a calm mind and body.
  4. Take some time to be creative.
    Begin with your own passion and give yourself some time to enjoy your hobbies.

 

3. Keep A Positive Attitude

As we all know the importance of positive attitude in the area of work and personal life. I want to bring some key points that will help you maintain a positive attitude.

Obtaining positive attitude may be hard but maintaining it seems harder at times. Now I’ll show you how you can maintain the positive attitude.

  1. Thinking Positive – All to do yourself is stay away from peoples, places or events which turns you negative. TV, News, and media, Social media delivers a high amount of negativity to our life. Different type of events turns us down and exhaust out positive thoughts. Stop watching and listening. Instead,
    => Listen to the music with uplifting beats.
    => Read and seek positive thoughts.
    => Join groups and websites which promote positive thoughts.
  2. Feeling Positive – Don’t let negative thoughts come into your life if they come consider them as guests which come and go in between teaching ourselves to become stronger. All you have to do is to,
    => Choose happiness, As said by a great philosopher “our choices which make difference not options”. and Remember, it’s the path which brings us happiness not destination.
    => Smile, Smiling release good hormones and our brain like serotonin, and endorphins. So it’s just a smile which can make our day.
  3. Act positive – Even if you are dealing with negativity just act like you are positive. Remember, Fake it to make it.

  1. Getting concentration – Begin with focusing on your goals and desires you can do it easily by,
    => Being fearless – I know saying it easy but achieving is difficult. but it’s not impossible. Fear is the outcome of our thoughts on future if you stop thinking and worrying about your future and stay focus in present you’ll easily defeat fear.
  2. Gain confidence – It’s not as difficult as it seems even fools have confidence. In simple words, as I said before “FAKE IT TO MAKE IT”.
  3. Maintain direction – you know what’s important in getting the target, it’s neither arrow nor bow, neither dark nor light but the direction you are shooting the arrow.

Answer: Simply, a goal is a roadmap to your future.

  1. Remaining calm:
    => Pay attention to your own feeling, anger, and frustration.
    => Control your temper and avoid yelling and screaming.
    => Think before you speak and find the solution to resolve the conflict.
    => Take a break because this time is very important.

    => Stay calm even if the other person is not.

    Find a common ground. what else, compromise.

  • Programmed decisions: The decisions that are applied to routine problems.
  • Non-programed decisions: it is related to unstructured situations.
  • Forced decisions: They involve situations when either a person has to be proactive and initiate a decision.
  • Personal decisions: They have to be made as per the personal goal of a person.
  • Group decisions: They are related to groups.
  • Strategy decisions: a leader has to decide who should be involved in what, when and how.

So how to make a decision?

  1. Understand the source of fear: by writing down or telling a friend.
  2. Considering a decision: Take time to consider your decision whether it will help or not.
  3. Make a decision: Advise yourself as if you were a friend. Sometimes taking a step back from the decision can help you to determine the right choice.
